Rajeev Gupta, Trustee
Mr. Rajeev Gupta, carries an overall work experience of over 25 years, which including over 10 years in USA (Hewlett Packard & Intelligroup), helping corporations, not-for-profits & Governmental agencies leverage technology for growth. Having worked across continents, he has a deep interest in diverse cultures and its impact on human behavior.
Mr. Rajeev was the Managing Director and President of Fujitsu Consulting India. He led Fujitsu’s growth across India, Middle East and Africa. Under his leadership, the company grew more than 10 folds. He steered the company to be the first company in India and second in the world to achieve CCMi Level 5 in Services to ensure best in the class, predictable and consistent deliverables for the clients across the globe. As CEO, he reported to the board in Japan. He was also appointed to head the Japan R&D centre in India by Fujitsu’s headquarters in Japan.
At Fujitsu, Rajeev was selected for the global leadership program (the only non- Japanese candidate) in which he travelled across the world meeting business leaders and attending classroom sessions and workshops by professors from the top business schools of the world. He is an engineer by education.
Currently, Rajeev is following his passion of working with various entrepreneurs as a Mentor and Advisor to help them scale their businesses by leveraging his experience, business expertise and global exposure.
